    Role & Responsibility:
    • Gathering and interpreting requirements into actionable information based on the needs of cross-functional teams.
    • Maintaining current and creating new Excel Sheets as necessary.
    • Verifying and extracting data from databases or systems.
    • Analyzing data and formatting into actionable, insightful, information to be consumed company-wide.
    • Perform regular data integrity checks and quality audits to ensure a high level of data integrity.
    • Creating and submitting reports as requested or necessary.
    • Helping team members on new processes, data definitions, or reports.
    • Troubleshoot data collection and reporting errors.

    Skills Required:
    • Good written and verbal communication.
    • Good team player & strong analytical skills.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel user.
    • Specialist in MS PowerPoint, Data Analytics.
    • Quick problem solving and inter personnel Skill.
    • Good knowledge of CRM, Tableau, Dialer, will be added advantage.
    • MIS production support work experience (preferred)
    • Strong experience of Reporting Tools.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to analyse CRM data, and other productivity software.

    Key Role & Responsibilities:
    • Leading the operations team under the supervision of State Head(MP) responsible for Service Operations.
    • Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Targets of MP State.
    • Sets up operational objectives on medium and long term under the supervision of State Head for the operations team resulting in strategic plans.
    • Conducts the general management of the state office. Leading operations, safety and environment, technical services.
    • Part of the operations team where day to day issues are being discussed and where efforts needs to be anticipated to ensure a smooth operation of the state.
    • Ensuring availability and easy accessibility of knowledge concerning all operational activities.
    • Analyzing and assessing on basis of figures of all organization departments, administration of financial results of various processes and their effectiveness.
    • Liaison with all the stakeholders, Partners, Government departments throughout the project, and maintaining a constructive relationship with them in all situations that have an impact on employees and/or their working conditions.
    • Following up, stretching, and adjusting KPIs related to performance of the state under the supervision of State Head
    • Define and allocate resources for operational requirements ensuring the organizational goals.
    • Prepare and develop organization for future operations.
    • Develop organizational budget(For MP State).
