 Rajnandgaon District follows the Balrampur model for CSC implementation

District Collector of Rajnandgaon District, Mr. A K Agarwal has instructed to set up CSCs in all 316 Gram Panchayats offices.

A District level CSC workshop was held at Rajnandgaon, where the District Collector Mr. A K Aggarwal reviewed the progress of the CSC Scheme in the District. At the meeting it was decided that District Rajnandgaon will follow the model of CSC implementation that Balrampur is implementing. Following this, District Collector of Rajnandgaon, Mr. Agarwal instructed to set up CSCs in all 316 Gram Panchayat offices in the District.

The Awareness and Capacity Building workshop of Rural CHOiCE CSCs was held on January 2, 2015 at Zilla Panchayat Conference Hall. The meeting chaired by Mr. Agarwal, deliberated on the following: the role of CSC Agents in delivery of citizen services and challenges faced by CSC Agents.

The meeting was attended by Smt. Priyanka Shukla, CEO Zila Panchayat, Rajnandgaon; Sh. T K Verma, Additional Collector and Nodal officer (CHiPS), Rajnandgaon; Sh. Doman Singh, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Rajnandgaon; Sh.Gajpal, SDM Rajnandgaon; Sh. Sateyesh Sharma, DIO NIC Rajnandgaon; Sh. Virendra Soni, Senior Manager, CHiPS, Raipur; Ms. Suman Singh, e-District Manager, DeGS, Rajnandgaon; Sh. Awdesh Sahu, e -District Technical Manager, Rajnandgaon; all CSC agents of the district and CSC representative.


During the Meeting, some other points taken up for discussion were:           

CSC proposed to be set up in all Gram Panchayat: CSC is proposed to be set up in all 316 Gram Panchayats of the district. For initial phase Gram Panchayat connected with internet connectivity will be considered.

Training and presentation of services of CSCs: CSC representative gave a brief training on G2C (Government to Citizen) and B2C (Business to Citizen), CSC services through Apna CSC portal like Adhar card, EPIC Card, Electric Bill, Kiosk Banking, Pension etc.  

Registration and wallet creation of all CSCs: VLEs were informed that for availing services of Apna CSC portal – registration and wallet creation is mandatory. Processes for both were explained to all. And instructions were given for wallet creation.  

NDLM (National Digital Literacy Mission) survey: For survey of mass IT literacy project under NDLM (National Digital Literacy Mission) 11 CSC’s of Rajnandgaon block were selected.  

Broadband connectivity to CSCs/VLEs under CSC Scheme: A notification has been released from DIT, GoI for provisioning broadband connectivity to CSCs agents/VLEs at subsidized rates under CSC Scheme BSNL. Instructions will be given to BSNL again for it.



 


  Gujarat keeps going steady on wallet creation and activation


Gujarat is maintaining a steady pace at wallet creations on CSC portal.

Till now, six Talukas of Gujarat are now completely covered by CSC portal wallet.

2. Ranpur, Ahmedabad District
3. Dholka, Ahmedabad District
4. Barwala, Ahmedabad District
