  Hurry up! apply for “All India Pre-Medical Test” AIPMT through CSCs

Students can now register for “All India Pre-Medical Test” AIPMT conducted by Central Board of Secondary Examination –CBSE through Common Service Centers.

Under this initiative VLEs can help / assist aspirants/students of All India Pre-Medical Test – AIPMT, in filling the online registration forms and to use e-wallet for making online payment during registration. CBSE has extended this service to CSCs, to remove inconvenience faced by rural youth during registration process.

To avail this service, aspirants/students shall pay an additional charge to CSCs. VLEs will earn up front commission on the delivery of this service.

 VLEs need not surrender insurance agent license to became a RAP

Good news for all the VLEs who are not Rural Authorised Person (RAP) but have a valid Insurance Agent Licence. Now all the Insurance agents who are VLEs can also become RAP. This would mean’s that “ONLY CSC VLEs” can have two licences (Agent License as well as RAP license). IRDA has approved permission to allow insurance agent to work as RAP. This is a great move and support from IRDA to the VLEs of the CSC network.

In case the RAP is holding an agency license, then he shall not procure more than 50% of his total business for the company he is representing as its agent.

This facility is extended only to those Insurance agents who have been appointed by Insurance companies till 30th September 2015.

The agent shall fulfil all the conditions for becoming a CSC – RAP as per the below mentioned flow.

  BCA sensitization program in M.P. in collaboration with Allahabad Bank

CSC SPV organised a three-day Banking Correspondents Agents (BCA) sensitization workshop in all the three zones of Allahabad Bank. During the sessions, the performance of each BCA was evaluated and corrective measures undertaken by the Bank authorities and CSC SPV.

CSC state representative also gave a demonstration of various services through Apna CSC portal. Deputy General Manager Mr. S.K. Sharma and Zonal Head Mr. R.S. Bhatt appreciated the work done by BCAs in terms of Atal Pension Yojana subscription, new account opening and other transactions done by the BCAs. The BCAs were further motivated to scale up their performance by senior bank officials. Vote of Thanks was given by Mr. Manjider Singh, FI Coordinator.
