ISO Workshop Conducted for VLEs at Hyderabad
CSC SPV has conducted a first ISO workshop at Hyderabad on 24th November 2015. With increase in number of services offered it is very important to focus on quality of service delivery at Meeseva CSC centers.
CSC SPV has partnered with Indicium Assessment India for implementing ISO 9001:2008 for CSC centres across India. Indicium Assessment Team has explained importance of Quality on day to day operations and also how it can help to grow business. 56 VLE’s participated and 38 VLE’s have registered for the ISO 9001:2008 program.
VLE’s have interacted with the ISO Team and asked about relevance of ISO in CSC setup and how it can help to improve the service delivery process and customer satisfaction.
