As per the latest UIDAI mandate all the Enrolment stations need to be installed with the latest ECMP Version 3.2.0.0. All VLEs are requested to coordinate with their respective CSC UID District Coordinator and get the new client installed and start the scanning of documents.
This ECMP migration need to be completed before May 30, 2016 and the scanning need to be started before July 1, 2016 failing which no packets will be uploaded through SFTP client.
The new ECMP client comes with the salient features:

1. Failure of capture of Biometrics has been fixed.
2. Inline scanning of resident documents (DMS) has been made mandatory. The scanned document images will be a part of the enrolment packet itself and will be uploaded through SFTP client.  So now there will be no need to store the DMS and send the same to ADMS agency. This will save the cost of storing and sending the DMS to ADMS agency.

Attaching / Scanning Documents
Once the acknowledgment receipt is printed, next step is to attach / scan reference documents selected in the reference tab.

Click on the ‘Attach Documents’ button to open the attachment / scanning window. (‘Attach Documents’ button will be enabled only after clicking on the ‘Print Receipt’ button.)

• The scanning of DMS will also prevent the loss or damage of the resident documents and will also save you from any future penalties being imposed due to loss of DMS.
• Now UCL and ECMP could be installed and used on the same enrolment station.
• IRIS authentication of Operator has been introduced in the new Client which has made the software access and authentication more secure.
