 PROMOTION OF WI-FI CHOUPAL SERVICE IN JHANSI DISTRICT

Mr. Manvendra Singh, from Jhansi District is offering Wi-Fi Choupal Service in his Gram Panchayat Dhawakar. He is applying all ways and means to make the service popular in Dhawakar area. He has painted all streets of Dhawakar with banners displaying promotional offers of Wi-fi Choupal. He is also spreading awareness about popular promotional offer like WIFI DOSTI etc.

Dear VLE we appreciate your participation and acknowledge your contribution towards the vision of Wi-Fi choupal.


Our endeavor is to continue identifying such success stories and inspire everyone in CSC ecosystem to contribute to the Wi-Fi Choupal vision.



 


 All VLEs should use Digi Pay

All VLEs should use Digi Pay. Presently, only 4,200 VLEs are using Digi Pay. All VLEs should use Digi Pay and make the CSCs cashless. Digi Pay not only helps VLEs on income but also promote Digital Finance Transactions. Digital Finance Transactions are AEPS enabled and VLEs can be luck for getting the award under the Digi Dhan Abhiyan.





 


 DigiDhan mela in Kolhapur

A DigiDhan mela was organized in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The CSC Stall was inaugurated by Additional Collector & RDC Kolhapur.

VLE Cyril Antony felicitated during DigiDhan mela, Puducherry, conducted on 8 March, 2017. The Mela was organised by Department of Information Technology, Puducherry. Cyril got the award for the category Best CSC of Puducherry. The parameters for the selection were-overall performance in various fields, conducting Social Awareness program in Digital literacy, Cashless transaction, Election Campaign , Swatch Bharat.

The prominent guests in the event were- Mrs. Nirmal Seetharaman, Hon'ble Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Shri Pon Radhakrishnan, Hon'ble Minister of State Shipping, Road Transport and Highways, Shri V. Narayanasamy, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Puducherrry, Shri Shajahan, Hon'ble Minister of Information Technology, Puducherry.


 


 Nisurpur village in Tekari block, Gaya becomes cashless by VLE Anil Kumar Sharma

The DigiDhan training provided by VLE Anil Kumar Sharma has changed the payment landscape in the village Nisurpur. Since more than 90 percent villagers have seeded their bank account with Aadhaar cards, they are using AEPS for cashless transactions as well as to know the balance in their accounts. They are accepting and withdrawing money through their Jan Dhan accounts with the help of Aadhaar-based DigiPay service.
