Hero Motors Corporation (HMC), one of the world's single largest two wheeler motorcycle manufacturer based in India will soon be extending their sale/servicing network to rural areas through the CSCs. Initially the VLEs will be able to book orders for Hero two wheelers on behalf of consumers by collecting the initial booking amount. Hero Moto Corp. will than deliver the vehicle to the CSC customer through their dealer network.

CSC SPV will be expected to facilitate the provision of following services on behalf of HMC through the CSC Portal:-

·         Generating product enquiry and booking a sale by collecting advance.

·         Booking a test ride

·         Find a dealer/after sales service center/parts retailer

HMC has started technical integration with CSC SPV in order to make the Portal feasible with the special features such as single sign on and wallet deduction meant for all the Services to be delivered to the end users/ consumers.  

A pilot will soon start involving Champion VLEs in select State.
