 Bank Mitra examination is mandatory for all VLEs for providing banking services

CSC VLEs can now get Bank Mitra certification through Apna CSC portal.

The Bank Mitra Basic Course & Certification has now been made live on www.apna.csc.gov.in for the VLEs and BCAs / CSPs of CSC SPV. With this, the VLEs can

  • Register for the Course online
  • Study the modules online
  • Attempt examination online
  • Get certified instantly and online

Process for applying for Bank Mitr Course:

  • Firstly, the VLE has to register through the Banking portal and get the registration Number.
  • If the VLE does not have a KO Code then he has to register for New Bank Mitra Registration through www.apna.csc.gov.in on the Banking portal
  • If the VLE already has KO Code then he has to get registered as an Existing Bank Mitra registration through
  • After getting the Registration Number, the VLE has to pay the examination fees of Rs. 350 on the Banking portal through their APNA CSC wallet.
  • After the payment of examination fees, the VLE will be provided Login ID and Password on their transaction receipt, for the access of Course and assessment.
  • After completing the Modules (currently available in English & Hindi) and subsequently attempting assessment, the VLE will be eligible for giving the examination for Bank Mitr.
  • VLEs will get the Certificate instantly after passing the exam (Minimum Passing percentage is 50%).

NOTE: Bank Mitra Examination has been made compulsory for all CSC VLEs for providing Banking Services
