All VLEs should update their profiles with their PAN numbers on Apna CSC and FI portals to avoid tax deductions at the rate of 20%.

All VLEs should update their profiles on Apna CSC and FI Portal with PAN numbers to avoid tax deductions at higher rate of 20% instead of 10%. The deductions are made all type of commissions relating to FI work and services delivered through Apna portal.  

Income Tax Department will not refund the TDS once deducted at the rate of 20%.
