The results for examination under the Cyber Gram Yojana project have been declared for the state of Tripura. Examination in the State was held in the month of October. A total of 513 students had appeared for the NIELIT BCC examination.

A total of 94,920 minority students have been registered under the project from the States of Rajasthan, Tripura and West Bengal. The programme intends to provide hands-on training in computers for the students of minority community to enable them to acquire basic ICT skills that would empower them to actively participate in knowledge-based activities; access financial, social and government services; and use Internet for accessing information and communications.
