Around 879 candidates have been registered under Tally course within a month. The maximum registration for the course is from Uttar Pradesh, followed by Maharashtra and West Bengal. The chart below gives a State-wise registration count:

In order to impart basic IT training to 100,000 VLEs, the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY) is running an 80-hour Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) through the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT).

In total 47,011 VLEs have registered under this course so far, of which 17,069 VLEs have appeared in the exam and 9,069 VLEs have cleared the exam during April 2015 to June 2016. Uttar Pradesh leads the States/UTs with 13412 registrations under the course, followed by Maharashtra (5368) and Gujarat (5244).
