UIDAI allowed Aadhaar Enrolment in RGI States/UTs except Assam and Meghalaya
As per the UIDAI Notification dated 21st June, 2016, RGI has given its nod for UIDAI taking up Aadhaar enrolment and updation in RGI states/UTs of West Bengal, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Jammu & Kashmir, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Lakshadweep, except for Assam and Meghalaya.
CSC SPV is going to start its operation in West Bengal and Odisha from next week.
UIDAI Regional Office in Ranchi and Chandigarh have taken initiatives and already conducted an operator training program in Kolkata & Jammu respectively.
