Sparsh Gupta is a young upcoming VLE from Govind Nagar, Moradabad district, Uttar Pradesh. He stared his journey with CSC with a view to empower his city with this digital revolution and payback to the society. In Feburary 2016, Sparsh started his CSC.

While he had many choices to start with like Aadhaar BCC, PMGDISHA, Cashless Program, Bhim App, PMSYM and many more, Sparsh rather chose to register for Skill Centre and focused on Divyang students to include them in main stream of society.
