Bank Mitra offers Banking services to marginalized communities at Panna, Madhya Pradesh
Bank Mitra of Allahabad Bank Mr. Ashish Srivastava is serving poor through Kiosk Banking Services. His focus is marginalized and poor people in Panna. Recently, at Satana Zone Panna district Madhya Pradesh, a customer admitted in hospital and he needed the money for his treatment. Bank Mitra went to hospital with his laptop and did withdrawal Rs. 10,000 for his treatment.

VLE Aman serves citizens in Naxal affected area in Gaya

CSC Workshop conducted at Gurugram, Haryana
CSC WiFi Choupal organized 2 days’ workshop at CSC Academy in Gurugram, Haryana to guide VLEs for enhancing Internet services in various regions. The champion VLEs were given suitable hands-on-training related to optical fiber splicing and its appropriate maintenance services. With deployment of these skills VLEs can improve Internet services in rural areas, which may ultimately enhance digitalization. The VLEs were given information about optical fibers along with accurate methods for its proper maintenance. Under CSC Wi-Fi Choupal, VLEs improved their understanding and approaches toward OFC maintenance.




Review of Tele-Law program at CSCs in Andhra Pradesh and Meghalaya
Shri Alok Kumar Srivastava, Secretary Department of Justice visited Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh and took the review of ongoing services of CSCs. In the meeting 05 VLEs and DM & DC were present there. In Andhra Pradesh, we are covering Tele-Law service in three Aspirational districts.


Ms. Sushma Taisehete, Joint Secretary Department of Justice and Ms. Badar Jahan visited Shillong, Meghalaya to review the scheme Tele-Law service. They visited VLE Tenzing Mukhim’s center at District East Khasi Hills. During the visit, they took overview of the Tele-Law project.
