  CSC becomes the one stop solution for all G2C and B2C services in YSR KADAPA, Andhra Pradesh

VLE Kummitha A. Reddy runs his CSC in YSR Disrict of Andhra Pradesh and writes his own success story through PAN Card, Passport, Utility, Bills, Insurance, Education and Digipay from CSC portal .

He says: “ICT helped to transform our lives. It tremendously improved my personal, social and financial life.” The local community of Veerapunayanapalli too developed trust in him. The VLE felt great as he was able to contribute his bit to improvement of society. He says: “The people of my village are very happy with my CSC. And my family has been instrumental in my success.” The VLE came to be recognised as a proactive VLE soon after he started the operations. People in Veerapunayanapalli started identifying his CSC the centre for one stop solutions for all the services. He says: “People of my area respect me and trust me. And this is the most important part of my journey. They rely on CSC for fulfilling their service needs.”

During Financial Year 2018-19, he has done Portal transactions worth Rs. 69.71Lacs. Amongst the Top 500 Transacting VLEs of the country during 2017-18, he occupies 46th position.

The VLE, Kanchan Kumar Roy is running his CSC at Nagaon. He is facilitating the citizens with the services like Railway Ticketing, Insurance Product sales, Insurance premium collection, Passport, Flight Ticketing, Income Tax return filing, etc. He thinks that CSC is an excellent platform of helping the people by providing various e-Services. In his own words, “I really feel proud as VLE under Digital India Programme and CSC-SPV has given me excellent platform to serve my community.” VLE says: “Connect and interest is known only when each person who walks in to CSC Nagaon for a service goes back satisfied. This single factor contributes to increase in the customer flow and revenues. They are the real strength behind my zeal and enthusiasm. CSC has transformed the lives of people in Nagaon as they can interact freely without fear psychosis as seen while interacting with the Government offices.The reach of CSC is many times more than that of the conventional offices, this definitely helps the citizens, the VLE Kanchan says.

During the Financial Year 2018-19, he has done Portal transactions worth Rs 71.53 lakh. Amongst the 500 top transacting VLEs of the Country during 2017-18, he occupies 43rd position.
