  Success Story of VLE Pradeep Kumar Jena from Bhograi, Odisha

Pradeep Kumar Jena is a VLE who comes from the remote village of Bhograi in Balasore district. After completing his school education and diplomas in both electronics and video editing, he still had difficulties in finding employment. Soon he heard of CSC and he enrolled himself as a VLE in 2008. He believed in ‘Digital India’ and wanted to make an impact through CSC service.

Digitization was still a far sighted dream but he never looked back and over the years because of his dedication and hard work, he has been able to achieve recognition through CSC platform. He takes up every opportunity in the form of new services added by CSC from time-to-time to explore and to make it available to the general public who have over the years built their trust on him with work related to government services.

Now-a-days, he imparts the services of IRCTC, E-District, PMDISHA, PMFBY, NPS, BANKING, DIGIPAY, LED, SOLAR, PLASTIC CARD to name a few in addition to the conventional services like PAN,UTILITY BILL PAYMENT,RECHARGE,ROAD TRAFFIC.

He says, “I feel proud to be a part of CSC organization and look forward to its further development in future. My principle has been ‘just to work’ and ‘not work to earn’. I was able to be 1st in ODISHA a couple of times in terms of transaction and have been rewarded on several occasions apart from being selected as Master VLE to attend workshop at New Delhi.”


  Success story of VLE Ajit Kumar Nayak from Nimasahi, Odisha

VLE Ajit Kumar Nayak is Graduate and started his CSC journey since 2017 in Nimasahi, Narsinghpur of Cuttack District from Odisha.

He is a hardworking and self-motivated individual. Mr. Nayak renders services like PAN Card, Passport, NPS DIGIPAY,Railway Tickets PMFBY, PMSYM, Insurance premium collection of more than 15 Lakhs, Recharge (Mobile and DTH) and all other services. He is one of the VLEs, who achieved highest Portal transactions.


  Success story of VLE Chandrakant Bastia

This is the story about 24 years old young VLE Chandrakant Bastia. He started with almost nothing in hand and yet was able to make a multi functioned Digital Seva Kendra over time.

Has started his CSC journey in February 2016 and from the beginning he had a dream to make a one stuff service providing centre in his village. After years of struggle, he succeeded. Now he is doing an excellent job with PMGDISHA, NPS, Telemedicine Services, PMFBY, PMSYM, Insurance, PAN card, Life Certificate, and all services exclusively to the people of Uttaran Gramp Panchayat and nearby areas.

He has done a good number of transactions and stood among top 100 transitive VLEs of Pan India. Over time, he has also employed two people at his centre which has not only created employment but is also helping him run the center smoothly.


  Success story of VLE MAYURAKSHI MISHRA

Mayurakshi Mishra was junior scientist at MGM vision laboratory and 3 years ago she quit her job so that she could provide a door-to-door service to the people in her area. She joined CSC whoch helped with providing people from remote to rural areas with easier access to governmental services.

She believes joining CSC was the best step she has taken towards helping serve people in and around her. She works on carious services as such as PAN, Aadhar printing, Life Insurance premium payment, G2C services, DTH and mobile recharge, online application filling etc. CSC she believes has given her a platform where she is now appreciated by the people in her locality for the kind of services she offers and ho that has revolutionized her locality.


  Success story of VLE SAGARIKA MISHRA

Sagarika Mishra is VLE from Ranpur Gram panchayat of Nayagarh district of Odhisa.She joined CSC in 2017 and during this period she has successfully implemented various services to the villagers through CSC.

She had also organized an IAP program for awareness about financial literacy and after with villagers were more eager to invest their money in their bank account and also banking procedures like RD,FD,NPS,APY,PMJJBY,INSURANCE. Now their money is secure and so is their life. She also provides different services like banking, insurance, government services like Aadhar and NPS.

She is also providing educational facilities through NIELT Center which is much more affordable for a student and because of this she has received a positive recognition in her community and a sense of identity. CSC she says has not only given her a platform to guide the people in her area but has also helped her build her own life as a woman from a remote area.


  Success story of VLE K.Satya Narayan Patro

The VLE, Aska K. Satya Narayan Patro is a Graduate who became a VLE since 2009 in Ganjam District of Odisha.

He is a Service Provider of CSC services through his CSC centre. A record transaction of services with high volume was only possible through his self motivation and belief in the system which has made him reach into the list of Top 100 VLEs in PAN India.

Mr. K. Satya Narayan Patro renders services like Aadhaar Card, e-District Odisha, Pan Card, Passport, DIGIPAY, Insurance premium collection, Jeevan Pramaan, NPS, Train & Flight Ticket Booking, Recharge (Mobile and DTH), Electricity Bill Payment and all other online services- what a common man needs in his day to day life.

He has been catering to the need of the people of Aska NAC as well as surrounding villages of the entire block by providing different services like free services for school results, railway enquiry, conduct blood donation camp, eye donation & health check up camp, Independent Day & Republic Day celebrations in Anganbadi Centers, distributing study materials and other commodities to the inmates of Child Care Institution.

During the June-18, he has done Portal transactions worth Rs. 14.09 lakh. Amongst the 100 top transacting VLEs of the Country during June-18, he occupies 25th position.
