 VLEs apprised about PMGDISHA Scheme at Workshops Held across Jharkhand

A series of district level workshops was organized Godda, Sahibganj, Dumka and Pakur district of Jharkhand. The PMGDISHA workshop was held at new DC office campus Pakur.

State representative Mr. Anupam Upadhyay addressed the gathering. Approximately, 200 VLEs from four districts were present during the session. CSC District managers and education consultants also attended the workshop.

The VLEs were informed about various problems they face during PMGDISHA examination. All the technical queries were discussed and resolved during the session. The participants were also briefed about CSC’s other Education services like Sarkari Pariksha, Skill and BCC course.

A similar workshop was held for the VLEs of Ranchi, Khuti , Simdega, Bokaro, Lohardaga and Ramgarh. The one day district level PMGDISHA workshop was organized at DC office B-Block. The session started at 11: 00 am. Representatives from the state team Mr. Shambhu Kumar and Mr. Anupam Upadhyay attended workshop and addressed the gathering. Approx 150 VLEs of six districts participated in this one day workshop.


 Awareness workshops on Digital India initiatives held

CSC SPV in association with Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College and Daulat Ram College hosted awareness workshops on Digital India initiatives at the college auditorium.

Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College saw a participation of more than 170 students apart from the teachers and non-teaching staffs. RishikeshPatankar, Head of Operations (Education) spoke about Digital India and what is its impact on students. BhagwatiJamnal, Manager, shed light on CSC and various digital services delivered through the CSCs across the villages in India. Hitesh Rana of Financial Literacy gave information on insurance, pension and banking schemes.

The workshop held at Daulat Ram College was attended by 150 students. CSC SPV CEO Dr. Dinesh Tyagi spoke about Artificial Intelligence, Digital India avenues for students. He also interacted with the students and answered their queries during the session. CEO also introduced StreeSwabhiman scheme to the students. The workshops are held as part of the series being conducted in different colleges under Delhi University.
