 OPPORTUNITY FOR VILLAGE LEVEL ENTREPRENEURS TO REGISTER AS UDYAM JYOTI

CSC e-Governance Service India Limited & office of DC, MSME has signed an MoU for the following:

  1. Providing Enterprise Facilitation Services to UDYAM and potential enterprises
  2. Database generation of UDYAM.

VLEs interested for becoming a potential UDYAM as Udyam Jyoti may themselves get enrolled via the Digital Sewa Portal, Type MSME and register for the service by just paying Rs. 4 (refunded back).





 


  Display of Outdoor Creative - Last 3 Days Left for Registration !!

 Now, Last 3 Days Left for Registration of Outdoor Creative.  Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for display of “Outdoor creative” is given below.

Step No. 1       VLE needs to login on https://digitalseva.csc.gov.in/portal and search for Outdoor Creative under Servicescategory

Step No. 2     Selected VLE’s will be able to Download the creative and print the same on a Flex and display on a board (Printed Creative Minimum Size - 4 Ft x 2Ft) and fix it at a suitable space outside the CSC centre. VLE’s will also be able to check the campaign description by clicking on “Description “ button.

Step No. 3 The Downloaded file will generate a Barcode which will be Specific to the VLE and the Creative, The same design which is saved after download with the Barcode needs to be printed by the VLE on a flex/standee of size 4Feet by 2 feet.
Step No. 4 The VLE needs to also download a mobile app (Currently Android)  which is also  available on the Digital Seva on the Outdoor Creative page. The VLE needs to first download the Mobile App APK file in the computer and thentransfer the file to mobile and install it in the mobile phone.

Step No. 5 After successful installation of the Mobile App on the VLE Android phone , Using the Mobile App the VLE will first take a picture of the creative which is put outside the centre.

Step No. 6       The VLE will afterwards scan the barcode which is displayed in the creative.

The Mobile app will capture the GIS coordinates (LATITUDE & LONGITUDE) of the Outdoor Creative location . This Activity needs to be performed two time as per mention frequency in campaign description.

Step No. 6       Monthly reimbursement will be given to only those VLEs who perform this activity successfully during the prescribe timeframe.
Step No. 7 CSC SPV shall pay an amount of Rs. 500 each per month till the time the Campaign is runningto all such VLEs who would have performed the above mention activity.

Step No. 8 The Central CSC team will examine the reports that are available on CSC Portal and if found correct will issue the sanction order to the Finance & Accounts Department for payment. The money can either be transferred to the e-wallet account or the bank account of the VLE concerned.

Points to remember
·         The VLE would download the creative, take a print out and affix the same on the board.
·         This creative will be placed outside the CSC centre.
·         The VLE will fix a board measuring 4 feet X 2 feet at his / her CSC.
·         The creative will remain on display for a period of one month and after the period is over, the VLE will change the old creative and replace it with a new creative available on the Digital Seva portal

 Good News! Minimum ORDER Quantity is now 50 for LED BULB under UJALA Scheme

Dear VLEs,
This is to inform you that now you can place order for minimum quantity of 50 LED Bulbs (orders to be placed in the multiple of 50) under UJALA Scheme.

For operations kindly refer enclosed process manual.

 Major Roles to be played by all VLEs under this Service:
1.   Procurement of UJALA products through Digital Seva Portal.
2.   Sale of UJALA products as per the listed MRP.
3.   Mandatory entry of the product on the portal at time of issuance to each customer. This data will be required to process VLE payment.
4.   VLEs who have received stock have to punch on Digital Seva Portal.

Note:

1.   Currently only LED bulbs and Ceiling FAN are available through Digital Seva Portal. At present Tube light is out of stock and selling will start very soon.
2.   Minimum order quantity is 50 for LED Bulbs. The orders will be placed in the multiples of 50.
3.   VLE needs to collect his/her order from the nearest EESL Centre. VLE will receive a call from EESL staff, who will confirm the pickup centre address.
4.   Under UJALA scheme - Energy Efficiency Services Limited offers LED bulbs (with 3 years warranty), FAN (with 2.5 years technical warranty) to eligible grid connected domestic consumers.

 ATTENTION VLEs: START PUNCHING UJALA SALE DATA TO AVOID HOLD OF PAYMENT

Dear VLE, 
Many of you are still not punching the sold/issued Bulb/Fan/Tubelight data on the portal. It has been continuously reminded to you that you need to enter the data of each customer on the portal to whom you are selling the UJALA product but most of you have not taken it seriously. From now onwards we will stop the UJALA payment of those VLEs who are not punching the sold data on the portal. Please start punching the data of your bulbs to avoid hold of payment. 
Please find below the instructions you need to follow strictly:

  1. Mandatory entry of the product issuance to each consumer on the portal. This data will be required to process VLE payment as the number of order placed and the number of issuance to the consumer will be tallied for.
  2. Consumer name, mobile number and identity card no. MUST be provided on the online portal, so that it can be cross verified by Regional EESL Team.
  3. All CSC VLEs are strictly instructed to ensure that Distribution of Energy Efficient Appliance (LED Bulbs, FAN, Tubes) under UJALA PROGRAM must be distributed on Authorized Prices Only i.e LED Bulbs - Rs 70/-, Tubes – 220/- & FAN – 1110/- Only. Strict action will be taken against any VLEs found overcharging.
