  Odisha Revenue Minister’s Helpline launched

Principal Secretary, Revenue and DM Department, Government of Odisha launched Revenue Minister’s Helpline for the state on 31st Oct, 2018.

The Helpline, developed by CSC SPV is a web-based online Grievance Management System for effective redressal and monitoring of grievances. CSC SPV has also setup a dedicated Call Centre for the department which provides services in Odia and English languages. At each district one Help desk associate is setup by CSC SPV to receive manual grievances of the department and upload into the Online Grievance Management System.

From Nov 1st, 2018 Citizens can lodge grievances for the Revenue and DM Department by calling on Toll Free Number, sending SMS, sending e-Mail or filling online grievance form in the web portal (http://helpline.revenueodisha.gov.in).The Grievances shall be forwarded to the concerned offices under Revenue and DM Department depending on the nature of grievance for further action. The concerned officers will attend the grievances in given time period and update the status in the Grievance Management System.

The System at every stage sends status of the grievance through SMS and e-Mail to the Citizens. The Citizen can also check the status of his grievance in online grievance portal. This system provides periodical reports on type of grievance: office-wise, district-wise and time-wise etc. to the higher authorities for monitoring the progress of grievance redressal.


  Attention VLEs ! ID will be blocked for overcharging customers in FSSAI

Dear VLEs,

It has come into notice that many VLEs are over charging customers for providing FSSAI services. Therefore, it is to inform you that FIR will be lodged against those found over charging the customers and their CSC ID will be blocked, and will not be able to do any kind of services of CSC in future.

VLEs are instructed to put the rates chart at their respective centre for the convenience of customers.
