  Help Desks set up by District VLE Societies to handle queries at the district

Many District VLE Societies have set up Help Desks at the district level to handle queries from the VLEs. In Uttar Pradesh, Help Desks have been set up in 44 districts, two each in Odisha and Madhya Pradesh and one in Andhra Pradesh.

VLEs are requested to call the District Help Desks first to solve their queries. In case the District Help Desk is not able to solve the query, they will get in touch with the State Help Desk to resolve the issue.

  Attention VLEs ! It is mandatory for all VLEs to download the DIGIPAY mobile app
