 Odisha's first Coffee Machine unit of Coffee Board of India installed at Smart City Bhubaneswar CSC center

Odisha's first Coffee Machine unit from Coffee Board of India installed at Smart city Bhubaneswar CSC center. The installation was done at CSC centre IRC Village, Khordha district (Bhubaneswar) that is being operated by VLE Trinath Pradhan. This Coffee Machine unit was gifted by CSC State team Odisha to the VLE. This is a good initiative by state team Odisha to encourage and support VLEs.


 Note Counting & Fake Currency Detector Machine Now Available on Digital Seva Portal

Dear VLEs,

This is to inform you that now you can order Note Counting and Fake Currency Detector Machine at Digital Seva Portal.
Major Roles to be played by all VLEs to purchase the product: 

Description and features of Note Counting and Fake Currency Detector Machine:

  • 1-Year Offside warranty (The product carries a back to bench warranty / One Side Courier Charges).
  • Features :- Automatic detecting with UV (Ultraviolet)/MG(Magnetic)/IR (Infra-Red)/MT (Magnetic Thread), LCD display, Auto & Manual Function, With “SIZE” detection, With batching, Half-note detections, Double note detection, Chain note detection
  • Specifications: - Hopper Capacity: 500 bills, Stacker Capacity: 200 bills, Counting Speed: 1000pcs/min.
  • One machine (Gobbler PX5388 or Gobbler PX301) will be delivered based on the availability of stock.
  • Goods once sold/installed are not returnable / exchangeable. 
  • The delivery period will be 2-4 weeks.

We have started one new service UJALA scheme though CSC Digital Seva Portal.
About UJALA Scheme:
The initiative is part of the Government of India’s efforts to spread the message of energy efficiency in the country. UJALA scheme aims to promote efficient use of energy at the residential level; enhance the awareness of consumers about the efficacy of using energy efficient appliances and aggregating demand to reduce the high initial costs thus facilitating higher uptake of LED lights by residential users

Major role to be played by VLE under this Services:

  • Procurement of UJALA products through Digital Seva Portal.
  • Sale of UJALA products as per the listed MRP.
  • Mandatory entry of the product issuance to each customer. This data will be required to process VLE payment.
  • VLEs who have received stock, have to punch on Digital Seva Portal.

  • Currently only LED bulbs are available through Digital Seva Portal, other products Fan and Tubelight will be back in stock soon.
  • Minimum order quantity is 200 for LED Bulbs. The orders will be placed in the multiples of 50.
  • VLE needs to collect his order from the nearest EESL Centre. VLE will receive a call from EESL staff, who will confirm the pickup centre address.
  • That under UJALA scheme - Energy Efficiency Services Limited offers LED bulbs (with 3 years warranty), Tube light (with 3 years warranty) , FAN (with 2.5 years technical warranty) to eligible grid connected domestic consumers

Dear VLE, 
Many of you are still not punching the sold/issued Bulb/Fan/Tubelight data on the portal. It has been continuously reminded to you that you need to enter the data of each customer on the portal to whom you are selling the UJALA product but most of you have not taken it seriously. From now onwards we will stop the UJALA payment of those VLEs who are not punching the sold data on the portal. Please start punching the data of your bulbs to avoid hold of payment. 
Please find below the instructions you need to follow strictly:

  1. Mandatory entry of the product issuance to each consumer on the portal. This data will be required to process VLE payment as the number of order placed and the number of issuance to the consumer will be tallied for.
  2. Consumer name, mobile number and identity card no. MUST be provided on the online portal, so that it can be cross verified by Regional EESL Team.
  3. All CSC VLEs are strictly instructed to ensure that Distribution of Energy Efficient Appliance (LED Bulbs, FAN, Tubes) under UJALA PROGRAM must be distributed on Authorized Prices Only i.e LED Bulbs - Rs 70/-, Tubes – 220/- & FAN – 1110/- Only. Strict action will be taken against any VLEs found overcharging.
