 LIVE INTERACTION OF HON' PRIME MINISTER SHRI NARENDRA MODI WITH SELF HELP GROUPS THROUGH CSCs

Hon' Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will interact with Self Help Groups through Common Services Centres on July 12, 2018 through Video Conferencing. These SHGs are working under of Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihood Mission (DAY-NRLM).

CSC VLEs across the country to mobilize Self Help Groups from his/her locality at their centre and will show live streaming of the event. All VLEs are required to send photographs, number of SHGs and videos of live streaming of the program to state team and on email id: marketing@csc.gov.in


 

 Hon’ PM: 3 Lakh CSCs giving new heights to aspirations of youths in Rural India

Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi hailed 3 lakh CSC centres for sparking digital revolution in rural India while speaking at inauguration of Samsung factory in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

“Three lakh Common Services Centres spread across the country are providing digital services to people in rural areas, while in cities they are giving new heights to aspirations of poor and middle class youths through Wi-Fi hotspot service,” said, Hon’ Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on the occasion.

Hon’ Prime Minister further said that, “Whether its water or lectricity bill, school and college admission, Provident and Pension everything is being provided online to citizens.”

South Korean President Moon Jae-in was present on the occasion.

Notably, spread over 35 acres in Noida’s Sector 81, it is the largest mobile manufacturing factory in the world.

 Kisan e-Store Now Available on CSC Digital Portal

India's first agro e-store with complete range of agro-inputs and agro-services is now available on CSC Digital Seva Portal. VLEs can now sell agricultural products to farmers in rural areas through this service. Farmers will not have to wander here and there to purchase agriculture products. Now they can purchase advanced agricultural products within their village limits.
