 Awarness Workshop on CSC Services Held in Indore, Madhya Pradesh

A workshop for spreading awarness about services of CSC among VLEs was organized in Indore, Madhya Pradesh in the presence of chief guest Dr Dinesh Tyagi, CEO, CSC SPV.

Dr. Tyagi introduced VLEs with all the services of CSC and motivated them how the initiative of CSC for VLEs will transform their journey and be the turning point in their lives.

Numerous VLEs participated in the event and amongst them were also the ones who are already a part of CSC and providing various services like banking, insurance, health , Digipay, Wi-Fi choupal , e-commerce etc.

VLEs were informed about Wi-Fi Choupal by CSC team that how this service is creating a vast network for delivering all other online services of CSC.

The VLEs had an interactive session with the CSC fraternity and they solved all their queries and problems in delivering the services to people at Panchayat level.







 


 NEET Application Form Filling Service Live on Digital Seva Portal

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the examination authority has designated Common Services Centres (CSC) to support candidates in registering for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2018 application form.

Candidates can now fill NEET Application Form 2018 through Common Service Centres located across the country.

Date of Test : 6th May, 2018 (Sunday)





 


 Good News: Minimum order quantity is now 50 for LED BULB under UJALA Scheme

Now, VLEs can order a minimum quantity of 50 LED Bulbs (orders to be placed in the multiple of 50) under UJALA scheme. VLEs can now place their order for the Ceiling Fan and LED Tubelight along with the LED Bulb.

Major role to be played by VLE under this Services:

  • Procurement of UJALA products through Digital Seva Portal.
  • Sale of UJALA products as per the listed MRP.
  • Mandatory entry of the product issuance to each customer. This data will be required to process VLE payment.
  • VLEs who have received stock, have to punch on Digital Seva Portal.

 Note:

  • Minimum order quantity is 50 for LED Bulbs and the order will be placed in the multiples of 50, Fans can be ordered in multiples of 4 & Tubelights can be ordered in multiples of 20 only.
  • VLE needs to collect his order from the nearest EESL Centre. VLE will receive a call from EESL staff, who will confirm the pickup centre.
  • That under UJALA scheme - Energy Efficiency Services Limited offers LED bulbs (with 3 years warranty), LED Tube light (with 3 years warranty) , Ceiling Fan (with 2.5 years technical warranty) to eligible grid connected domestic consumers.

 ATTENTION VLEs: START PUNCHING UJALA SALE DATA TO AVOID HOLD OF PAYMENT

Dear VLE,
Many of you are still not punching the sold/issued Bulb/Fan/Tubelight data on the portal. It has been continuously reminded to you that you need to enter the data of each customer on the portal to whom you are selling the UJALA product but most of you have not taken it seriously. From now onwards we will stop the UJALA payment of those VLEs who are not punching the sold data on the portal. Please start punching the data of your bulbs to avoid hold of payment.
Please find below the instructions you need to follow strictly:

  1. Mandatory entry of the product issuance to each consumer on the portal. This data will be required to process VLE payment as the number of order placed and the number of issuance to the consumer will be tallied for.
  2. Consumer name, mobile number and identity card no. MUST be provided on the online portal, so that it can be cross verified by Regional EESL Team.
  3. All CSC VLEs are strictly instructed to ensure that Distribution of Energy Efficient Appliance (LED Bulbs, FAN, Tubes) under UJALA PROGRAM must be distributed on Authorized Prices Only i.e LED Bulbs - Rs 70/-, Tubes – 220/- & FAN – 1110/- Only. Strict action will be taken against any VLEs found overcharging.

 CSC organized Block level workshop for VLE on UJALA project in Alipurdar, West Bengal

CSC organized block level workshop regarding UJALA Project in Alipurdar district of West Bengal. Many VLEs attended the workshop and also placed their orders of UJALA products.





 


 Attention VLEs! NSDL PAN Service at Digital Seva Portal

1) Kindly send duly signed and photo affixed system generated PAN application form bearing 15 digit acknowledgement no. (in Original) to NSDL e-Govat below given address within thirty daysof application:

2) Physical application/supporting documents shall not be treated as received if;
 Documents received are in damaged condition.
 Photocopy of PAN application formsis received.
 Alterationshave been made in the details printed on PAN application form/supporting documents.
 PAN Application is not system generated application bearing15 digit acknowledgment number.
 Incorrect acknowledgment number mentioned on supporting documents submitted against discrepancy/ies marked by NSDL e-Gov.

3) Attestation (if any) should not be done over the Photo, Signature or any other details printed on the PAN application form.

4) Scan and create a single PDF file for one PAN applicationandits supporting documents.Save the PDF file as the 15 acknowledgement number of the application before uploading it to NSDL e-Gov.

5) Check PAN application status using status track facility of NSDL e-Gov on https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/StatusTrack.html.

6) Discrepancy (if any) is communicated to applicant on the ‘email ID’ mentioned in the PAN application. Same can be checked through abovementioned status track facility.

7) Special attention is required from VLEs prior to scanning or forwarding physical PAN applications to NSDL e-Gov for the aspects given below: a) PAN applications of Minor applicants should be signed by Representative Asseessee (RA) only.

b) Thumb Impression of Applicant should be attested by Magistrate/Notary Public/Gazetted Officer, under official seal and stamp only. Thumb Impression attested by Digital Seva Kendra/CSC will not be accepted by NSDL e-Gov.

c) Proof of Office Addressin applicant’s nameshould also be provided alongwith the proof of residence address if Office Address is mentioned by applicant on PAN application.

d) Applicant should not mention Husband’s Name in Father’sName field even in case of Married Ladies.

e) Note down 15 digit acknowledgment number /12 digit transaction number generated after filling the form as a future reference number.

 As you are all aware that Rural Authorized Person ( RAP) Insurance service allows a VLE to sell Insurance Products through Digital Seva Portal once they pass IRDAI examination. It is the only channel that allows licensed VLE to sell both Life Insurance and General Insurance products.
 It is mandatory for all VLEs to become a RAP. ALL VLEs should register themselves for RAP service and to appear for RAP exam using the
