 PMGDISHA beneficiary steps up to become Village-level Entrepreneur

After completing a basic computer certification programme under PMGDISHA, M GovindaRao developed a curiosity towards the digital gadgets, internet and its possibilities. Govinda Rao has started his own CSC centre after acquiring detailed knowledge about the e-governance services in Garapadu village in Hiramandalam, Andhra Pradesh.

Certificates distributed 
As many as 210 beneficiaries were awarded PMGDISHA certificates during an event held in the remote area of Ananthapuramu District. VLE M Ramachandra of Somalapuram village, introduced the scheme to the villagers. Out of 210 certifications, around 140 candidates are students apart from the villagers including Anganwadi workers.



A training center under PMGDISHA was inaugurated by Shri. Ashok Gaddamwar- Sarpanch, 19 March 2018 at Village Lohara, Chandrapur, Maharashtra. Sarpanch Shri Ashok Gaddamwar said that this project will help rural citizens to be digitally literate and CSC’s role will be a milestone in this mission. Lohara is a small village in population wise, basically identified by picnic spot due to nearest in 5 kilometre distance from Chandrapur City. Village Grampanchayat members areready to deploy their citizens in PMGDISHA scheme with per member 50 family will covered by daily basis training with village level seminar.
