State Designated Agency (SDA)

State Designated Agency (SDA) is a state government representative responsible for implementation of the CSC scheme in the State. The role of SDA is primarily to:

  • Facilitate e-readiness of the State
  • Provide policy and regulatory support
  • Facilitate integration of the existing ICT-enabled Government schemes into the CSC scheme
  • Help identify CSC locations
  • Coordinate with various State departments and other state-level entities
  • Select Service Centre Agencies (SCA)
  • Facilitate training and capacity building and awareness campaigns
  • Facilitate the SWAN interface
