CSC SPV has started a course Optical Fiber Splicer for candidates working under the Bharat Net project. The course entails all basic knowledge related to Optical Fiber Splicing. It also enables a person to use optical fiber confidently with all the techniques available to use. Also, include Splicing of Optical Fiber and Installation and Commissioning of Optical Fiber Cables.

An online orientation program was also organized by CSC on July 03, 2021, to provide the details of the course to the VLEs and their operators. In this program, Dr. Prashant B. Patel, Optical Fiber experts from the Department of Instrumentation Engineering DIT, Pune, provided the details about the course to the viewers, and Mr. Gaurav Sharma, GM, TSSC explained the career opportunities for OFS Technicians. From CSC Team Mr. Naveen Sharma, VP, CSC SPV, Mr. Abhishek Singh, COO, CSC Wifi Choupal was also present to motivate the candidates
