Even though persons with disabilities constitute a significant percentage of the population of India, they face many challenges when looking to develop employable skills and in gaining meaningful employment.

CSC SPV is an Empanelled Training Partner for the Skilling of PwD Candidates under National Action Plan under Scheme for Implementation of Persons with Disabilities Act (SIPDA) scheme. CSC VLEs are changing the lives of Divyangajns by helping them in improving their skills. Now every CSC Academy can get affiliation from SCPwD by fulfilling the defined norms.

Many of the Academies got affiliated and giving their best for this noble cause of Divyangjan Skilling. VLE Subhas Chande, Bilal Akbar, and D Prakash are the live examples, and others should get inspiration from them.
