CSC SPV and the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities are together working towards the empowerment of PwDs through Skill Development Training across the country.

With this view, CSC has set a new target to conduct skill development training for as many as 50,000 Divyang Candidates (PwDs) under the SIPDA Scheme from the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

CSC got approval to initiate the training of Divyangjans under Scheme for Implementing of Persons with Disabilities (SIPDA) from DEPwD at CSC Centres approved by Skill Council for Persons with Disability (SCPwD).

SCPwD inspects and approved centers in Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir.

The skill training activities have been permitted with preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 issued by MoHFW.
