ALIMCO is a “Not for Profit” Central Public Sector Undertaking working under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Govt. of India, registered under section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 and has been manufacturing various types of quality aids & appliances for last 45 years to meet the requirements of the Divyangjan, across the country. ALIMCO has been serving on an average around two lakh disabled population every year.

CSC SPV and ALIMCO have done a partnership now. The objective of the partnership is to facilitate Divyangjans and Senior Citizens for the registration to get free Rehabilitation Aids form ALIMCO under various Govt and CSR schemes. Registration at CSCs will be free of cost for Divynagjans and Senior Citizens. Any Divyang can approach the nearest CSC who will register him/her for the support by ALIMCO. The district officials deputed by ALIMCO will make the desired inquiry and identify the instrument/equipment required after examining the beneficiary. They will then enable the supply/distribution of such aids/appliances as the case may be. CSC will also create awareness about the scheme, mobilize, and support such divyangjans/senior citizens.
