'Cyber Gram' scheme of Ministry of Minority Affairs to be implemented through CSCs
Ministry of Minority Affairs has approved to utilise CSCs to implement Cyber Gram Yojana for minority in rural areas. The project is similar to the NDLM, it focus on beneficiaries from the minority communities.

Through CSCs, over 41,000 NPS subscribers have been added so far, while over 16,000 PRANs have been generated. Close to 25,000 centers are delivering NPS Lite service also called Swabhilamban.

The project entails delivery of the services through CSCs by leveraging the common IT infrastructure. This will enable citizens to download forms and submit their applications electronically through a common gateway.
